Service Description
Please note the 2 hours is our estimated setup time for scheduling purposes, not your event duration. Please book the time slot based on your event starting time. This package includes: -A1 welcome board that matches your theme, -Table name tags for each guest (you can exchange them for programs or set menu printouts) -The full tablescape styling and decorations; with table cloths, table runners, underplates, flower vases, flowers, candle holders, articifial/real candles, decor ribbons and other miscelleneous decor items that match your selected theme colours. -Setup & clear-up labour -There is no call out fee if you book a restaurant within the Sandton area, otherwise an additional transport call out fee of R15/km will apply to any other restaurant in Johannesburg. Pricing based on volume: 6 - 9 guests: R2500 10 - 14 guests: R3000 15 - 19 guests: R3500 20 - 24 guests: R4000 25 - 29 guests: R4500 30 - 34 guests: R5000 35 - 39 guests: R5500 40 - 44 guests: R6000 45 -49 guests: R7000 50 - 54 guests: R8 000 55 - 59 guests: R9 000 60 - 64 guests: R10 000 65 - 69 guests: R11 000 70 - 74 guests: R12 000 75 - 80 guests: R13 000 If you want to include a ballon garland, it is an additional R1900 for a single arch balloon garland that matches youe theme colours, the garland charge is payable once you have booked the table setup. Perfect for birthday dinner, graduation lunch, gala dinner, babyshower celebrations, bridal showers and any intimate special occasion.


















Cancellation Policy
1. Please note this package is a restaurant tablescape only (excluding tables and chairs), it has to be at a restaurant or function venue that already provides these. 2. We will contact you to confirm all your event details and everything you need us to note for your event decor within 24 hours of your booking. 3. the 2 hours duration is for setup time not your event duration. The latest collection time for day events is 5pm and for dinner events 9pm. 4. Any cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded, cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event will receive 60% refund, 3 weeks cancellation will receive 80% refund, and 4 weeks cancellation will receive 100% refund of the initial payment minus R130 admin fee. 5. If your restaurant is outside of Sandton, a call out fee of R18/km will apply from our office in Bryanston. 6. Any loss, breakage or damage to any decor items will be charged to the booking client event if damage is caused by an invited guest.
