Service Description
Please Note: the 2 hours is our setup time not your event duration. This group picnic experience is hosted at Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden in Roodepoort. It is a full day group picnic starting from your preferred starting time until 5pm collection time, the 2 hours duration above is our setup time. The setup includes; -An A1 welcome board that matches the theme colours you choose -A group game for the day - The picnic-scape decor which will have picnic blankets, cushions, picnic tables, underplates, table runners, plates, glasses, cutlery, flower vases, artificial flowers and other miscelleneous picnic decor items fitting for your theme colours. PRICING: 4-9 guests: R3000 10-15 guests: R3600 16-20 guests: R4200 This packages provides a perfect celebration atmosphere for an intimate celebration such as a birthday picnic with friends, an intimate babyshower, a bridal shower, bridemaids proposal, perhaps a relaxed year-end/ teambuilding lunch with collegues or any special occasion suitable for a picnic style celebration. Our picnic decor will set the tone of celebration for you special occassion.
Cancellation Policy
1. Please note this is a day picnic hosted at Walter Sisulu Botanical Garden from you can book as early as 10am starting time until 5pm collection time. 2. The botanical garden has an entrance fee of R80/adult, payable on arrival only by card, no cash is accepted. 3. For outdoor picnic at Walter Sisulu, in cased of rain or distruptive weather, we will have to either convert the setup into an indoor restaurant setup or postpone to another date suitable for both parties. These details will be discussed and confirmed at least a day before the event. 4. The Proposal Picnic is also available for a call out to home or booked venue within the sandton areas( Mornignside, Bryanston, Rosebank, Fourways, Woodmead and the surrounding areas at an additionalcall-out fee. 5. Loss, breakage or damage of any decor items will be charge and invoiced to the booking client, event if it was cause by an invited guest. 6. Any cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded, cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event will receive 60% refund, 3 weeks cancellation will receive 80% refund, and 4 weeks cancellation will receive 100% refund of the initial payment minus R130 admin fee. 6. By making booking through payment, you agree to these terms and conditions in the cancellation policy.
